Talk through whether Essentials, Supported or Plus would best suit your young person's confidence needs.
Ask about support for school, college, university, apprenticeships, interviews, employment or greater independence.
Explore school licences, group programmes, community partnerships, sponsorship and funded places.
You may be able to see your young person's strengths even when they cannot see them for themselves. Reaching out does not mean you have failed, and it does not mean they are broken.
It means you are looking for a practical, supportive way to help them take the next step.
Bravory is a confidence-building and personal-development programme. It is not therapy, medical treatment or emergency support.
If a young person is experiencing serious anxiety, depression, bullying, abuse, self-harm thoughts, suicidal thoughts or an immediate safeguarding concern, contact a GP, school safeguarding lead, qualified mental-health professional or emergency service as appropriate.
Ask your question, share what you are looking for and take the next step towards greater confidence.
